Flight Numbers (if applicable) This can be useful to estimate your arrival time more accurately.

The equipment will be delivered by our supplier to your destination accommodation according to the arrival instructions(Date, Time and Flight Numbers-if applicable) that you have given at time of booking. The Booking Reference Number/Accommodation Booking Name is important for our supplier when delivering the equipment to ensure it is delivered to the correct room.
