Information required to make a booking

• Destination Accommodation Name. For example: Hotel Name
• Destination Accommodation Address. For example: Hotel Address
• Accommodation Booking Reference Number (if available)
• Accommodation Booking Name (the name the booking is made in)
• Arrival Date and Time
• Departure Date and Time
• Flight Numbers (if applicable)

The equipment will be delivered by our supplier to your destination accommodation according to the arrival instructions(Date, Time and Flight Numbers-if applicable) that you have given at time of booking. The Booking Reference Number/Accommodation Booking Name is important for our supplier when delivering the equipment to ensure it is delivered to the correct room.

Please Note: - Every effort will be made to deliver your equipment for your arrival. If for some reason the supplier is delayed and the equipment is not there, it should arrive shorty after arrival. Please be patient before contacting our office.
