Refund/Cancellation Policy
All accepted orders have a £25 administration charge if cancelled. No charge if we cancel the order due to unavailability or if extra charges apply the client does not want to accept.
Cancellation less than 30 days before date of travel, Cancellation Fee is 75% Refund 25%.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the date of travel, cancellation fee is 100%. Refund 0%.
We remind clients that they are responsible for obtaining adequate holiday insurance as cancellation of reservations are subject to cancellation fees.
